BACKGROUND
​
Kevin began his investment real estate career in 1986, establishing himself as a multi-family specialist at the Hanes Company. He later served as Senior Vice President with Sperry Van Ness and as an Associate Partner at Berkadia before joining KW Commercial Pasadena.
Throughout his career, Kevin has closed over $1.25 Billion in multi-family sales across the San Gabriel Valley. He is consistently honored as a “Top 5” producer both locally and nationally within Keller Williams Realty.

Kevin dedicates 100% of his professional focus to analyzing and selling multi-family assets for local and national investors. A former Division I athlete at Arizona State University—where he played JV Baseball and Rugby—Kevin brings a competitive "team-win" grit to every negotiation. He is an expert at navigating complex transactions to maximize sale proceeds and overcome obstacles for his clients.
